Delivery & Returns Policy

General

 

I have taken care to show the artwork on my website as accurately as possible.  But there can be differences when you see an image online due to variations between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Due to the handmade nature of the artwork, each print may also have slight variations.  Therefore, any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

 

Please note that most of the orders will be custom made; I do not carry much stock and usually print to order.  Therefore, it is important that you check everything is as you wish before you place your order.  Please contact me if you want to know the exact dimensions of the print (including the border or the frame), the brand of paper it is printed on or if you would like me to send you a photo of the exact print.

Delivery

 

  • All orders will be carefully packed and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked.

 

  • I aim to send all orders of unframed prints and greeting cards within 7 - 10 working days.

 

  • I am to send all orders of framed prints within 10-21 working days.

 

  • If for any reason I cannot keep to these timeframes, I will contact you by email.

 

  • If you need a delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time.  There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries depending on the circumstances and your requirements.

 

 

Returns

 

1. Artwork Received Damaged 

 

All work is carefully packed and wrapped.  If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 72 hours by email with:

 

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the problem

  • a photo illustrating the issue

  • your preference for a replacement or a refund

We ask you keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days in case we need this for an insurance claim.

 

 

2. Artwork is not damaged but you are not completely satisfied

 

I want all customers to be happy with their purchase.  Therefore, If the artwork is not as you expect, I will consider your request on an individual basis. Please email me within 72 hours of receipt. If a return is agreed:-

  • You are required to return the artwork within 14 days of receipt with both artwork and packaging in their original condition.

 

  • The return of the artwork is at your own cost and at your own risk.  Therefore, I advise you to pack securely and opt for a signed for delivery, as I am not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach me or are damaged in transit
     

  • I will refund you in full within 14 days of the artwork being safely returned to me.
